New Year, New You

This online gathering will bring together the best in ourselves to tap into our inner power, to find our inner resourcefulness and connect with our deeper purpose in this world.

We will spend time in a somatic-based meditation combining principles of chakra balancing, yoga, polyvagal theory, healing practices from the Andes and indigenous wisdom carriers, as well as the Japanese self-healing modality of Jin Shin Jyutsu. We will build and practice basic frameworks to recalibrate our nervous systems so we can access them more readily at times of deeper need.

This grounding work will help us to deepen into our own wisdom of what our soul came here to do. We will spend time letting our hearts communicate to us our intentions for this year. This sacred practice of stepping into our soul’s purpose is a time-honored tradition. By being in alignment with our purpose, we are able to find deeper focus, clarity, satisfaction and peace in our daily lives.

This practice is for all levels and all backgrounds.

5:30pm: Time to record personal insights

5:40pm: Connecting and Sharing

6:00pm: Winter Practice - Meditation and intention practice

6:30pm: Sharing insights

6:55pm: Wrap-Up

7:00pm: It’s time to begin the new you!

The meditation is donation-based and no-one will be turned away for lack of funds. Suggested donation $20+

There will be an in-person solar activation practice in person in the Bay Area during the day. Please reach out for more information for this selective and powerful practice.

About your guide: Stephanie is a holistic health practitioner, meditation teacher, and former diplomat applying everything she has learned from very uncomfortable situations around the world and is teaching others and herself to sit in a place of grace when all starts to accelerate. She has spent 12 years studying healing arts with elders from Colombia and two years deeply focused on healing her nervous system.
